Digital Reporting: Simply keep online records of your vocational training
A report booklet used to be the central documentation tool during your dual training. The Federal Guild of Hearing Aid Acousticians now offers a smart solution to simplify the recording of training progress and content for trainees and training companies: instead of keeping a paper log of your training, you can now document everything online. Just request access to the digital report log which is available free of charge.
Forgot your report booklet at home? This is no longer an issue with the online reporting tool, which allows you to edit, check and also add reports and certificates from anywhere, at any time. All relevant information about the vocational training can be documented and is always accessible. Sick notes, vacation days, vocational school blocks or extra training can be quickly recorded and looked up. Another advantage: It no longer matters if your handwriting is neat or messy and maybe even more important: it saves paper and is thus sustainable.
The importance of keeping records of the dual vocational training is out of question.
However, with the option of recording content online instead of on paper, the workload for trainees and training companies can be reduced.
The online reporting tool is easy to use and does not require a lengthy introduction. In the text field, apprentices can list their activities in short sentences or bullet points and add information on the materials used. With one click, they can send the activity report to their trainer, who can view it online and also approve it with a click. A handwritten signature on each weekly report is no longer necessary and is replaced by online approval. If additions or corrections are required, approval of the report can be rejected. After explaining the reasons for the rejection, the trainee is then given the opportunity to adjust their entry online and resubmit it to the trainer. The digital report booklet is submitted for the journeyman’s examination via a PDF export.
Before using the digital report log, access must be requested. The application must be completed and signed by the training company or trainer and sent by email to: berichtsheft@afh-luebeck.de.
The access data will then be sent to the apprentice and their trainer. Both can then log in online independently. Should you have any questions, please contact the Academy of Hearing Acoustics team by e-mail.
