The recognition office for advanced training continuously publishes current seminars, conferences and workshops for hearing care professionals nationwide. It provides an organizational framework for the statutory obligation for ongoing further training for all people working in the healthcare sector.
Educational institutions report their events and are assigned advanced training points from the Federal Guild of Hearing Acousticians. The points are calculated by an independent expert council based on the length of time and suitability of the event.
The hearing care professionals and their employees collect advanced training points until the advanced training certificate from the federal guild can be issued to the company. The company can thus effectively document the ongoing training of its employees externally.
