The Academy’s Summer Barbecue for Test Persons

On August 15, 2024, the Academy of Hearing Acoustics invited test persons to join the annual barbecue. Around 85 people accepted the invitation and used the opportunity for an informal exchange. Thanks to the dedication of the test persons, the academy is able to offer practice relevant training in Master classes, industry-wide training for apprentices, seminars, such as the International Summer Academy and in exams. The test persons hence contribute to the best possible training conditions for young professionals in the hearing acoustic trade.

For the 13th time, test persons were invited to the annual joint barbecue. This year, the event took place in the new part of the cafeteria at the Academy for Hearing Acoustics for the first time, providing barrier-free access to the courtyard, where the grill was abundantly stocked with tempting barbecue specialties. The participants used the afternoon for an informal exchange with each other and the attending lecturers. In a pleasant, relaxed atmosphere, they all enjoyed the summer evening together.

Marcus Nissen, Head of the Education Management at the Academy, is pleased about the long-standing, good cooperation with the test persons. “With about 130 test persons in our database, we are currently well-positioned, but we always welcome new additions “, said Marcus Nissen.
